Sleepy Swing — Return & Refund Policy (UK)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from Sleepy Swing for delivery within the United Kingdom only.



1) Your Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)


If you buy from us online, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item(s) without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must let us know within that 14-day window using one of the contact methods below (“How to Cancel / Start a Return”).
Once you notify us of your cancellation, you have another 14 days to send the goods back.


Condition of Returned Items


Please take reasonable care of the product. You may handle it to the extent necessary to check its nature, characteristics and functioning (as you could in a shop). We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by unnecessary handling.


Return Shipping Costs (Change-of-Mind Returns)


Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for the return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.



2) Refunds for Cancelled Orders


We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or receiving evidence that you’ve sent them back), using the original payment method.
We will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost (if any).
Any supplementary delivery costs (for example, express/next-day delivery) are not refundable.



3) Faulty or Misdescribed Items (Your Statutory Rights)


If your item is faulty, misdescribed, or not of satisfactory quality, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This includes a 30-day short-term right to reject the product for a full refund. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, and—if that fails—a price reduction or final right to reject.
These rights apply regardless of our change-of-mind policy.
We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty items.



4) Items That Cannot Be Returned for Change of Mind


Unless faulty, the following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
 • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
 • Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery.
 • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.


(These exceptions do not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty.)

7) Return Address & Packaging


Please pack items securely (ideally in the original packaging) and include your order number inside the parcel.
Returns should be sent to the address we provide after you contact us to initiate the return.



8) Exchanges


We do not process direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.



9) Refund Method and Timing


Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear after we process your refund.
